All reservations require full prepayment to confirm. By submitting your booking, you affirm you are of legal age, your provided information is accurate, and you possess sufficient funds. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation letter or voucher from NOUR Uluwatu.
Special packages and promotions are subject to additional terms and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. All package purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

NOUR Uluwatu is not liable for disruptions or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or civil disturbances. Rescheduling may be offered subject to availability and policy.
A refundable security deposit of IDR 2,500,000 per villa is required upon check-in, payable via cash or card. This deposit covers incidental damages. Refunds will be processed after villa inspection at check-out.
Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
NOUR Uluwatu is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property. We recommend obtaining travel insurance covering trip disruptions, medical expenses, and personal belongings.
Guests are expected to maintain a respectful environment. No parties or excessive noise are permitted without prior approval.
The swimming pool is used at the guest’s own risk. Glassware is prohibited in the pool area.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all villas and indoor areas. Outdoor smoking is permitted in designated spaces. Smoking inside the villa will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit and possible additional charges.
Due to Bali’s tropical environment, occasional insects are inevitable. NOUR Uluwatu maintains pest control procedures. Report any issues immediately for prompt action.
Pets are not permitted within NOUR Uluwatu premises.
The use or possession of illegal substances, explosives, or hazardous materials is strictly forbidden.
Guests stay at their own risk. NOUR Uluwatu disclaims all responsibility for injuries, accidents, losses, or disruptions resulting from external factors beyond our control.
